Our international online event Future of BioPlastics 2026 (FoBPlast), held on 25 June 2026, brought together experts from across the entire value chain and created a vibrant platform for exchange on bioplastics, bio-based polymers and sustainable material solutions. The event provided an inspiring setting to explore current developments, market dynamics and future opportunities in this forward-looking growth market.

The focus was on economic perspectives, innovative approaches and practical insights into real-world applications. Inspiring keynotes and expert presentations by leading industry representatives set important thematic impulses and provided the basis for in-depth discussions. In interactive formats, an open dialogue emerged between representatives from industry, business, research and technology, addressing both the challenges and the potential of bioplastics.

In addition to the expert contributions, FoBPlast 2026 offered a wide range of networking opportunities via B2Match. Participants were able to establish valuable contacts with material developers, converters, brand owners, technology providers, research institutions, start-ups, investors and other relevant stakeholders from the industry. This created new impulses for cooperation, pilot projects and joint solutions along the value chain.

Future of BioPlastics 2026 (FoBPlast 2026) took place on 25 June 2026 as a free online event. Via our event platform B2Match, participants had the opportunity not only to create personal profiles, but also to actively use the platform for professional exchange and targeted networking.
